We have for sale a Vintage 1920s Adams & Westlake Red Globe Railroad Lantern. Made for C. M. St. P. & P. R.R. - Chicago, Milwaukee, St. Paul & Pacific Railroad.
Wonderful piece of Railroad Memorabilia this 1920s kerosene lantern made by the Adams & Westlake Co. for the Chicago, Milwaukee, St. Paul & Pacific Railroad. Often referred to as the Milwaukee Road this railroad was started in 1847.
The lantern is in wonderful vintage condition with beautiful red glass globe the globe has raised lettering ADLAKE KERO and etching C M & St.P it is considered a short globe. We mention the glass globe being short only because Adams & Westlake redesigned their lanterns in 1920 to use a shorter globe.
Patent dates on lantern range from 1921 to 1923.

Circa;1920-30s
Marked; C. M. St.P. & P. R.R.
Measures; 9.5” tall without handle, 6.25” diameter at base.
Condition; Very good with minimal wear, minor dents and dings from years of use, lantern in missing burner.
Not tested sold AS IS.
