We have for sale an Antique 1897 Adams Company Cast Iron Adjustable Floor Heat Grate.
Wonderful Cast Iron Adjustable Floor Heat Grate made by the Adams Company of Dubuque Iowa with a design patent date of August 31, 1897. These have become so hard to find intact and undamaged. This beautiful piece is in perfect condition it is a three-piece vent with a removable center open grate measuring 6 1/2” diameter which locks into place the second ring is adjustable and rotate to open or close air flow it measures 13” diameter the outer ring is fixed and can be screwed to the floor it measures 15 ¾” diameter.
We have cleaned and stripped four coats of old paint off the cast Iron and repainted with a semi-gloss enamel it is ready to use or display.

Marked: Manufactured by the Adams Company Dubuque Iowa with a design patent August 31, 1897
Measures: 15 ¾” diameter and ½” thickness
Condition: This item is in very good condition no cracks or chips.
