We have for sale an Antique Victorian Period 1891 The Davis Corkscrew Wine Bottle Opener
In 1891 David W. Davis was awarded his U.S. Patent # 455,826 for a waiter's lever corkscrew. These are found marked with " THE DAVIS CORK SCREW PAT'D JULY 14, 1891" and some with advertising.
These came with either a steel bladed worm (screw) or a twisted wire worm, this one has the steel bladed worm which is much more desirable.

Measures; 4” long closed
Condition; Good with some surface rust as shown

Excellent Seller and item delivered quickly. I apologize for not posting review sooner. I am using this Corkscrew in a display I'm working on. Attached picture is not the finished piece, but this corkscrew is shown in the top left. Thanks again for the quick delivery. I will be back to shop again.
