We have for sale an Antique German Wienke patent # 20815 dated May 26, 1882 Waiters Corkscrew
Ever wonder who invented the waiter’s corkscrew? On May 26, 1882 Karl F.A. Wienke was granted a German Patent #20815 for his single lever corkscrew. This would soon be the most popular and widely used design for what is known today as the Waiter’s Corkscrew. Marked on the bottle rest is the German D.R. Patent No. 20815 and on the topside of the lever arm is marked, Trade Mark WB

Condition; Good with wear very common for age, some plating corrosion please zoom into all pictures.
