We have for sale a Vintage Gelex No. 2, Dynamite Wood Crate
1941 Gelex No.2 wood crate made by the Dupont Company. Box is dated Aug, 19, 1941. This crate was repurposed into a drawer at some point in its history with a metal folding handle added to one end.

History:
The DuPont name Gelex was a semi-gelatinous powder, a type of dynamite sold in the early 20th century.

Marked; Gelex No. 2
Measures; 18” x 12” x 5”
Condition; Very nice vintage condition, with dents and dings from use. We have lightly cleaned and sealed the wood with oil to keep the wood from drying out. Please see all pictures.

Shipping: We ship most item via USPS, we also use UPS and FedEx. When shipping via UPS or FedEx we can not ship to a PO Box.
