We have for sale an Antique 1930s JUSTRITE Carbide Miner’s Brass Mining Artifact – JUSTRITE Carbide Miner’s Headlamp Torch with Chrome Reflector
This is a wonderful Justrite carbide mining headlamp in good clean condition with all the guts intact. Heyday of this type of light was from the turn of the century to the 1930s.
These were used in the coal mines for years, they are designed to hang on the front of a miners hat.
Marked (Patent Pending) lamp was made before patent was granted in 1939. We have lightly cleaned the lamp, it has no smell from the carbide and its ready to display or as an amazing gift.

Measures, 4" tall, reflector is 4" diameter.
Condition, Amazing condition, reflector has light pitting. Please see all pictures.
