We have for sale a Vintage Soiltest Brass Sifting Sieve
Wonderful 8” x 2” Brass Sifting Sieve. Made in England for Soiltest Inc. of Evanston ILL. The sieve is a particle sieve used in the mining industry to filter soil samples.
The sieve has a brass housing with a #6 brass mesh screen.
Circa, Likely 197-80s
Marked, USA Standard Sieve Series, A.S.T.M. E11
Measurements, OD – 8 ½” diameter, 2 ¾” height. ID- 8” diameter x 2” depth.
Condition, Good used condition, with scuffs and dings from use, numbers etched on side . Please see all pictures as they are part of the description.
