Wonderful Western Buckle made by the (ADM) Award Design Metals Inc. of Norman Oklahoma.
The buckle is solid brass with a 3D western theme of Cowboy Boots, Saddle, and Cowboy Hat.

Measures, 3 ¾” wide x 2 ¾” high
Belt Size, up to 1 ¾” wide.
