Vintage Silver Corkscrew, Wine Bottle Opener, German Open Frame Corkscrew
Wonderful German made corkscrew with ornate handle. Lovely turned steel handle marked Germany, a very simple to use open frame corkscrew with wire helix corkscrew.
To Use, Screw the handle all the way down exposing the corkscrew, then insert the corkscrew into cork turning handle clockwise once fully inserted turn handle counterclockwise and cork will be pulled.
Circa, 1930-40s
Marked, Germany
Measures, 6” tall, 3 1/8” wide at handle.
Condition, very good condition with wear on finish.
