We have for sale an Antique Brockway Sur-Grip Quart Size Mason Jar
Wonderful find this limited addition fruit jar made by the Brockway Machine Bottle Company of Brockway, Pennsylvania. The Sur-Grip fruit jars were only made for a short time, from April 1932 till the April of 1933. Brockway sold the rights and machinery to produce the Sur-Grip jar to the Ball Brothers (Ball Mason Jars) on April 27, 1933.
These are truly a collectible fruit jar.
We have included in our listing copies of the history of the Brockway Sur-Grip Mason Jar.
Circa, 1932-33
Marked, Brockway Sur-Grip Mason. Bottom reads - DESIGN PATENT APPLIED FOR 3
Measures, 7” tall, 4” wide at base.
Condition, Very good vintage condition scuffs on bottom. Please see all pictures.
